SUBSCRIPTION BOX FAQS
How It Works:
- SoulfulSelf is a bi-monthly subscription box.
- Each box has 4+ products that highlight wellness businesses owned by Women of Color.
- Boxes are shipped the first week of every other month.
- We currently only ship within the US.
- Please contact us if:
- You have changed your address
- You want to cancel your subscription
- You have any questions or comments
When you sign up you will be automatically charged and boxes will be sent out at the beginning of the following month. The second charge (and subsequent charges moving forward) are bi-monthly and you will be charged on the 5th of the month.
Example: New member signs up in January and is charged when they sign up. The box ships the first week of February. The next payment is March 5th, etc.
How To Cancel
- To cancel your subscription, you’ll need to access your customer account, through your Shopify login. If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout. You can access your account using the Customer Portal direct link (sent in your Subscription Confirmation email).
Once your account is registered, you can login and access your Customer Portal by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link. Within the Subscriptions tab, click the Cancel link next to the subscription order. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancelation reason.
